These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of any product from Stryve, a brand operated by Wave Compagny LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax where applicable, which is calculated at checkout. We do our best to display products accurately, but colors, dimensions, and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.

We reserve the right to modify prices, limit order quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order confirmation has been sent.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only once payment has been authorized and you have received an order confirmation email. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are valid for a limited time, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Items purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or with a promotional code are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Product use and health disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stryve and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or of any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stryve and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be brought before the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at contact@stryvestore.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
