This Privacy Policy explains how Stryve, a brand operated by Wave Compagny LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase on www.stryvestore.com (the “Site”).

Information you give us: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details. Payment card data is entered directly into our payment processor’s secure fields — we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies (“Device Information”).

Information from third parties: advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google) may share aggregated or pseudonymized data about how you interacted with our ads.

  • Payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal) — to process payments securely;
  • Shipping and fulfillment partners — to prepare and deliver your order;
  • Email and SMS providers — to send transactional and marketing messages you have consented to;
  • Analytics and advertising partners — such as Google Analytics (privacy policy) and Meta (privacy policy).

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a lawful request from public authorities, or to protect our rights.

6. Data retention

We keep order information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here and to comply with our accounting and legal obligations — typically 7 years for transaction records. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

7. Data security

The Site uses SSL/TLS encryption, and payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

8. Your rights

All customers: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@stryvestore.com. We respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any of these rights, or to opt out of sharing for advertising purposes, email us with the subject line “California Privacy Request”. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Other U.S. state privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) grant similar rights — the same contact address applies.

Residents of the EEA/UK: where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of a contract (orders), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, site improvement), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting). You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by replying STOP to a marketing SMS. Transactional messages about an order you placed will still be sent.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Do Not Track

Our Site does not alter its data collection practices in response to a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when it was last revised.
